Tourist Bus Line in Sofia

During the summer season (until 15 September), every Saturday and Sunday, double-decker tourist yellow buses run in Sofia. They leave every hour round the clock, starting at 9:30 am, with a start and end stop at the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral.

Tourist bus line No. 200 passes through some of the capital's most iconic landmarks and neighborhoods, giving residents and visitors the opportunity to enjoy Sofia's architecture and history. A single ticket costs BGN 1.60.

The buses follow a route including:

  • Tsar Osvoboditel Boulevard
  • Knyagina Maria Luisa Boulevard
  • Lions' Bridge Square
  • Al. Stamboliyski Blvd.

  • Opalchenska St.
  • Gen. N. Skobelev Blvd.
  • Ruski Pametnik Sq.
  • Tsar Boris III Blvd.
  • Pencho Slaveykov Blvd.
  • Bulgaria Blvd.
  • Evlogi and Hristo Georgievi Blvd.
  • Fridtjof Nansen St.
  • Gen. Gurko St.
  • and back to the St. Alexander Nevsky Cathedral
